No referral is needed. You can book directly through the appointments page at any time.

Counsellors are not currently eligible Medicare providers in Australia, so sessions are not covered by a Medicare rebate. However, some private health insurance funds do cover counselling — it's worth checking with your provider. I also keep my fees accessible because I believe everyone deserves support.

Sessions are 50 minutes long and held via telehealth (video call), so you can attend from the comfort of your own home.

Sessions are held via a secure, confidential video platform. You'll receive a link when you book — all you need is a device with a camera and a quiet space.

Parents and carers are an important part of the journey. For adolescent clients, we'll discuss together how involved you'd like to be. I regularly provide parents and carers with strategies and insights they can use at home.
